Warranty Information

1. Warranty Coverage

We offer a 90-day warranty on all repairs. This warranty covers:

  • Defects in the specific parts we replaced.
  • Workmanship errors related to the repair performed.

If the replaced part fails or if the original issue returns due to our workmanship within 90 days, we will re-repair the device at no cost to you.

2. What is NOT Covered

This warranty does not cover:

  • User Damage: Any physical damage caused by the user after the repair, including cracked screens, dented frames, or bent housings.
  • Liquid Damage: We do not offer any warranty on liquid damaged devices, even if they were repaired successfully. Liquid damage is progressive and can cause failure at any time.
  • Software Issues: Viruses, malware, or operating system corruptions are not covered.
  • Tampering: If the device is opened or repaired by another party (or the user) after our service, the warranty is void.
  • New Issues: Any issues unrelated to the original repair work.

3. Warranty Claims

To claim warranty service, please bring the device back to our shop or contact us to arrange a mail-in inspection. We reserve the right to inspect the device to determine if the issue is covered under warranty or if it is due to user damage.
