Terms of Service

1. Service Agreement

By providing your device for repair, you authorize Fixly Repairs to perform the necessary work. We will perform the repairs described in the estimate or quote provided to you. If additional work is found to be necessary, we will contact you for authorization before proceeding.

2. Estimates and Payment

Estimates are non-binding. While we strive to be as accurate as possible, unforeseen issues may affect the final price. Payment is due in full upon completion of the repair. We accept cash, card, and bank transfers. Devices will not be released until payment is received.

3. Data and Liability

Please back up your data. While we take every precaution to protect your data, we are not responsible for any data loss that may occur during the repair process. We are also not responsible for any media left in the device (SIM cards, SD cards, discs) unless specifically noted.

4. Unclaimed Devices

Any device left in our possession for more than 60 days after notification of completion (or notification that the device is unrepairable) will be considered abandoned. We reserve the right to dispose of, recycle, or sell abandoned devices to recover our costs.

5. Limtation of Liability

Our liability for any claim arising out of the repair service is limited to the cost of the repair or the replacement value of the device, whichever is less. We are not liable for any indirect, special, or consequential damages.
